1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident in your KLAR purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day return window
You may return any KLAR product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging including the case and cleaning cloth.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)
In addition to our 30-day return policy, EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to return
- Email c.hogland05@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a prepaid return label (EU orders) or return instructions (Rest of World)
- Ship the product back in its original packaging
- Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Klarna purchases, Klarna processes the refund directly through your Klarna account. For card payments, refunds arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
Return shipping
- EU orders: free return shipping via our prepaid label
- Rest of World: customer covers return shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: KLAR covers all shipping costs regardless of region
Exclusions
- Items damaged through misuse or accident
- Items missing original packaging, case, or cleaning cloth
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior arrangement
Defective items (EU 2-year guarantee)
Under EU consumer law, all products carry a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your KLAR product develops a fault within 2 years of purchase, contact us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion in accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC.
