3. TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of klareyewear.com and your purchase of products from KLAR Eyewear. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using klareyewear.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency. For EU and UK customers, prices include VAT. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our sole discretion.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud, and to refund any payment made.
4. Payment
We accept payment via Klarna (Pay in 4, Pay in 30, Financing), Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. For Klarna purchases, Klarna's terms apply in addition to ours.
5. Intellectual property
All content on klareyewear.com — including images, text, logos, product designs, and brand identity — is the property of KLAR Eyewear and is protected by Swedish and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. User-submitted content
By submitting reviews, photographs, or other content to KLAR (including via social media tags, email, or our website), you grant KLAR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and editorial purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KLAR's total liability arising from any claim related to your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. KLAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, with the District Court of Kristianstad as the court of first instance.

9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under EU law or under the laws of your country of residence, including but not limited to the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year guarantee for goods.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We will notify customers of material changes by email or via our website.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
