Where we ship
KLAR ships to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, and Canada. For other destinations, contact hello@klareyewear.com.

All orders ship from our European fulfillment partner. Processing time: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping cost
- EU orders: Free standard shipping
- UK, Switzerland, Norway: Calculated at checkout
- United States, Canada, Rest of World: Calculated at checkout
- Express shipping available at checkout where eligible
Customs, VAT, and duties
- EU customers: VAT included in the displayed price. No additional fees on delivery.
- UK customers: VAT and duties included in checkout.
- United States, Canada, Rest of World: The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees, in accordance with local regulations.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please contact hello@klareyewear.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed beyond the stated delivery window, contact us. All KLAR shipments are insured. Lost packages will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur reshipping fees.
